How long does shipping take?
We ship all Tyrian products using UPS. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days from the order date.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
What are the conditions for a return?
Supplements must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Do you provide a return shipping label?
Yes, if your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Can I exchange a product?
To exchange, return the product for a refund and make a new purchase for the desired product.
What is the cooling-off period for EU orders?
For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
