I started adding aronia powder to my daily smoothies in the A.M. Within a few days I noticed some exciting changes! My brain fog I have fought for a long time seems to have lifted some. I have noticed my gym recovery time quickening. I can tell it has really helped with my inflammation. I have read of the overall benefits but wanted to share my personal ones!!
This aronia berry powder has become a staple in my yogurt and morning smoothies. I’m very selective about what I put in my body, and the quality and sourcing of this one make it my go to for extra wellness support!
The Tyrian Aronia Berry powder is excellent. I love the texture as it appears the berry skins are in the powder. My morning yogurt is now complemented with Tyrian aronia! Thanks!!
I purchased this item because of the clean single ingredient. ONLY aronia berries! I really appreciate the single ingredient. I add this powder to my morning smoothie stack. I often play around with the ingredients depending on the health benefits I'm seeking. I find myself adding the dark purple aronia berry as a base ingredient. The flavor is delicate. The color is vibrant and hearty. It also adds a coarse/grainy texture I prefer over fine powder mixes. Excellent product I highly recommend trying.
I love how easy this supplement is to take! I put in my daily smoothie and it adds flavor and helps with my urinary health. I have also noticed that it helps my brain health as well. I'm in mid mid-50's and it gives my memory a boost and helps keep me sharp!
