How your Tyrian subscription works, and how to manage it anytime.
A subscription is the easiest way to keep Tyrian in your daily routine. You choose the schedule, we handle the rest, and you stay in full control. Change it, skip it, or cancel it anytime from your account.
How it works
1. Subscribe and choose your schedule. Select "Subscribe" on any product page and pick how often you want your order delivered.
2. Your first order ships right away. After that, we bill and ship automatically on the schedule you set.
3. Stay in control. Skip, pause, reschedule, swap, or cancel anytime from your account.
Why subscribe
Save on every order. Subscribers pay 15% less than the one-time price, on every shipment.
Never run out. Your next order arrives before your current one runs low.
Full flexibility. Change your frequency, skip a shipment, or pause whenever you need to.
No commitment. Cancel anytime, with no fees and no penalty.
Delivery frequency
You decide how often your order arrives. Choose to receive it every 30 or 60 days, depending on how you use the product.
Both products are designed for daily use. Aronia Berry Powder contains 50 servings per pouch, and TGUARD contains a 30 day supply per canister. A 30 day cadence keeps daily TGUARD users consistently stocked. You can change your frequency at any time from your account.
Managing your subscription
Everything is handled in your customer portal. There are two ways to get there:

Log in to your Tyrian account and select "Manage Subscription."

Use the secure link in your order confirmation email to manage your subscription without logging in.

One thing to know: make any changes before your next billing date so they apply to your upcoming order.
Skipping or pausing
Heading out of town, or have enough for now? You don't have to cancel.
Skip your next delivery to push it back one cycle, or pause your subscription entirely and resume whenever you're ready. Your schedule picks right back up. Just make the change before your next billing date so it applies to that order.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, with no fees.

Log in to your Tyrian account, or open the link in your order confirmation email.

Select "Manage Subscription."

Choose the subscription you want to cancel and select "Cancel Subscription."
Your cancellation takes effect immediately and you won't be billed again. Any order that has already been processed will still ship.
If you'd rather skip or pause instead of cancelling, you can do that from the same screen.
Billing and payment
Your subscription is billed automatically on the schedule you set, using the payment method on file. We'll email you before each order so there are no surprises.
You can update your card or billing details anytime in the portal. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, make any changes before your next billing date.
If a payment doesn't go through, we'll retry it and email you so you can update your payment method.
Shipping
Subscription orders ship on the schedule you set. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking each time an order goes out.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum commitment? No. You can cancel anytime, with no fees or penalties.
When will I be charged? On your chosen delivery schedule. We email a reminder before each order.
Will my subscription price change? We'll always notify you by email before any price change takes effect.
Can I have more than one subscription? Yes. You can subscribe to multiple products and manage each one separately from your account.
What happens if I skip an order? Your next delivery moves back one cycle. Your schedule and pricing stay the same.
How do I change my delivery address? Log in to your account, select "Manage Subscription," and update your shipping details.
